Private Yoga Therapy Sessions
Yoga Therapy sessions include an individualized health intake and assessments of the physical, energetic, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of yourself. Long and short-term goals are created in partnership with your yoga therapist. Utilizing cognitive, top-down approaches (meditation, inquiry, yamas/niyamas) and bottom-up somatic approaches (asana, breathwork) we will co-create a yoga therapy plan to support your needs. You will also receive a detailed home plan of care to explore in between sessions. Sessions are offered in person and via telehealth. All initial yoga therapy sessions are 90 minutes in length as the initial client intake and assessment are essential components in co-creating a holistic wellness plan. Yoga Therapy sessions are beneficial for:

60 mins: $111
75 mins: $133
90 mins: $155

Group Yoga Therapy Sessions
There is healing in community. Similar therapeutic practices and principles are utilized in group sessions. However, individual home plans of care are not included. A group home plan of care can be included based on the yoga therapy group itself and applicable conditions. Group sessions, workshops, and retreats can be specifically tailored to support clients experiencing:

Corporate Yoga Therapy Wellness Days
Take an active role in supporting your company’s mental health and wellbeing. Together we will create a plan that supports your organization’s needs and objectives centered around wellness. Corporate well-being plans can include:
10 - 60 minute accessible yoga sessions that cultivate self and team compassion, increase focus, boost morale, reduce stress, and balance the nervous system.
